Radisson Hotel Ferrara

This is typical (in a good sense) 4 start Radisson hotel. Extremely friendly and professional staff all over the hotel. The location across the street from Ferrara railways station makes it good choice if you arrive by train (you need some walk to old town, though). Good although quite predictable breakfast. Room on small side but very clean and actually comfortable.

The hotel is about 2 km from the old town, but we were prepared for that. It is clean, the service is very good. We asked reception for info and recommendations and got it it all. Quick and polite. The dinner recommendations were spot on, the recommended restaurant was excellent. The parking arrangement is a bit awkward but it was all explained to us and works well. No problems, one just needs to understand that this is off site parking.

All the sfaff members were so sweet and very helpful. They assisted us with everything we needed. From the reception, it was David, Linda and everyone there. They also found us mode of transportation for our tours and took us to the bus stop for our bus to the airport. From the restaurant, it was Lionel, Anna and everyone there. From the house keeping it was a guy who always wore a smile. We also enjoyed their food. The hotel is also at a very convenient location, closer to the subway station and the bus station . The staff are very friendly especially reception and it’s central location

Excellent reception service. Extremely clean, wide room. Everything is perfect about this hotel, except to noises during the night.
