Radisson Hotel Ferrara

The hotel is about 2 km from the old town, but we were prepared for that. It is clean, the service is very good. We asked reception for info and recommendations and got it it all. Quick and polite. The dinner recommendations were spot on, the recommended restaurant was excellent. The parking arrangement is a bit awkward but it was all explained to us and works well. No problems, one just needs to understand that this is off site parking.

All the sfaff members were so sweet and very helpful. They assisted us with everything we needed. From the reception, it was David, Linda and everyone there. They also found us mode of transportation for our tours and took us to the bus stop for our bus to the airport. From the restaurant, it was Lionel, Anna and everyone there. From the house keeping it was a guy who always wore a smile. We also enjoyed their food. The hotel is also at a very convenient location, closer to the subway station and the bus station . Thank you members of Radisson Hotel for being so kind and helpful. God bless you all. I love you. If we don't meet again, let's meet in clouds of glory when Jesus Christ comes again. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station,but it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the center. The bed is very comfortable,the room has a safe,fridge and kettle.

I stayed there for 2 nights, the staff at the reception was pleasant and eager to help, the breakfast was good (it had a lot of choices), the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, I had clean towels both days, the station is across the street but far from the city center.

The hotel is located across the street from the train station, which makes it very convenient. There are also many bus lines that depart from there, so getting around if one does not want to walk is easy. The hotel is very modern and offers many amenities. The breakfast was also plentiful and the breakfast room was run very efficiently.
